Telephone / mail attention to users. Remote support to offices and factory. Configuration computers and devices. System Administration. Administration of Wi-Fi networks and systems. Management of guarantees and RMAs, inventory of equipment, licenses, etc... Manage renewals of licenses, domains, certificates and track expirations. Manage purchases with suppliers, warehouse stock, orders, delivery notes, deliveries, invoices. Make budgets and follow up with clients.
