This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead architecture design across a dynamic, multicultural organization, driving innovation and alignment with business goals.br/br/As the IS Lead Architect CRM, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the target enterprise architecture for Robotics CRM platforms and integrations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IS teams, and external partners to ensure our CRM landscape supports long-term strategy and delivers exceptional value.br/br/Responsibilitiesbr/br/Design and build the target architecture for the Robotics CRM platform ecosystem in alignment with business strategy and IS roadmapbr/br/Assess the current IS environment and define future‑state architecture to support strategic objectivesbr/br/Act as the key speaking partner for business and IS stakeholders, advising on platform capabilities and process developmentbr/br/Co‑create solutions architecture across functions in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, application managers, integration teams, and analystsbr/br/Oversee architecture implementation across agile teams and coordinate with platform architects to ensure consistency and scalabilitybr/br/Contribute to the Robotics Architecture community, promote innovative solutions, and stay ahead of market trendsbr/br/Work closely with the Robotics Marketing Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and operational systemsbr/br/Navigating complex stakeholder environments and addressing global and local requirements in a virtual, multicultural organizationbr/br/Qualificationsbr/br/Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Sciencebr/br/Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution and Enterprise Architecture, including cloud and on‑premise systems, integrations, and large‑scale implementationsbr/br/Proven experience with platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), SAP, and Azure Servicesbr/br/Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture toolsbr/br/Strong leadership skills and a results‑oriented mindsetbr/br/Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenbr/br/Ability to develop practical solutions from complex topics involving multiple stakeholder interestsbr/br/Exciting Career Opportunity in Robotics This role sits within ABB’s Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.
