This position reports to EL Mexico Factory Excellence Leader Your responsibilities PC Lifecycle Support: Provide hardware and software support including break/fix, imaging, inventory, post build set up, new user set up, and peripheral installation. Configure and manage MFPs and printing solutions including large MFP devices, Label Printers and small use laser printers. Ensure Manufacturing Excellence: Supports manufacturing environment, support technologies required for continued business operations including off hours support and on call rotation. Supports the installation of new IS solutions/services in regards of the required infrastructure, or the changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, delivers the appropriate IS solution/service infrastructure in time, in budget and at quality. People leadership and Development: Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems related field preferred. 2 years of experience in an enterprise End User support role. Advanced level of English required. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team. Experience with Microsoft Office and Support of O365. Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure. Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.
