Investment Associate – Madrid - Infrastructure

A leading infrastructure investment manager is seeking an Investment Associate to join its team in Madrid. This position offers significant responsibility across deal execution, origination, and portfolio management in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support execution of investments, including due diligence and transaction processes.
• Draft and negotiate M&A documentation.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years’ experience, ideally combining Investment Banking with investing exposure.
• Solid background in infrastructure or energy.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, capital structures, and debt financing.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Spanish and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
