We are now seeking an intern to support our international team in our beautiful offices in Marbella, Spain.
Job Summary:
INTERNSHIP Office Management and Admin
JOB ROLE:
Operational Coordination: Assisting with the day-to-day at the reception desk, attending incoming clients and supporting with ordering office supplies and kitchen supplies.
Invoice Management & Payment Tracking: Recording, verifying, and tracking invoices. Maintaining accurate records of payments and receivables.
Data Entry (Office Management and Logistics): Inputting and updating information in ERP system Sage.
Administrative Support: Organizing documents, managing files, and handling general office tasks.
Project Management: Assisting with tracking deliverables for company-wide projects within the software Asana.
Accounting: Entering invoices into the accounting system and performing administrative tasks.
