International Volunteer Promoter Humana People to People is looking for a passionate and proactive International Volunteer Promoter to raise awareness about our International Volunteer Program and promote it. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an international team present in six countries and led from our office in Spain. What will be my responsibilities? Gain a deep understanding of the program and the promotion process. Meet the goals for the number of enrolled volunteers and inquires set by management. Organize and implement meetings with individuals interested in the program and provide them with detailed information. Organize monthly meetups to promote the program and manage invitations and attendee presence. Contact universities, schools, associations, or entities that may be interested in the program and make presentations to potential targets Organize events and represent the organization with the aim of promoting the volunteer program and generate leads Seek opportunities and platforms to promote the program, such as blogs, social media groups and forums. Propose creative strategies to increase visibility and participation in the program. Prepare and present weekly reports on the status of program promotion. Manage and maintain a thorough control of the database. Analyze the KPIs and the data extracted from the database, and propose possible strategies to correct deviations. Making production plan (quarterly). Make the budget for implementing the strategies as planned and responsible for keeping the economy. What do I need to apply for this position? Previous experience in promotion, marketing, or sales. Excellent Romanian and English proficiency Proactive, autonomous, dynamic, and resourceful individual. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Accustomed to working towards goals. Be attuned to both environmental conservation and human rights protection. W hat do we offer?
