We are looking for an Inside Sales role to help strengthen and optimize our Sales Department through customer outreach, sales support, and commercial process improvement.
You will work closely with our teams in the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium, contributing to customer development, lead generation and administration, and sales process improvement while gaining exposure to real-world commercial activities in the laboratory products sector.
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role based in De Meern, The Netherlands. The main goal of this position is to support and optimize the Sales Department by improving sales support workflows, strengthening customer follow-up, and contributing to lead generation and customer retention activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with administrative and operational tasksProvide sales support to colleagues in the Netherlands, Spain, and BelgiumConduct cold calling for lead generationContact customers after purchase to gather feedbackAssist with quotations and consumables sortingSupport marketing-related sales activitiesHelp improve customer follow-up and internal sales processesContribute to plastics recycling initiatives
