We value people with a passion for teamwork, organized, responsible and decisive. /ppbr/ppstrongYour Tasks: /strong /pulliDefine and optimize manufacturing processes for vehicle components and systems. /liliEnsure manufacturability and integration of vehicle domains (powertrain, body, etc.) within the production environment. /liliCollaborate with design and architecture teams to align product design with manufacturing capabilities. /liliSupport industrialization and ramp-up of new vehicle platforms. /liliCoordinate with suppliers to ensure component quality, process capability, and compliance with manufacturing standards. /liliDrive supplier development and evaluate their manufacturing processes for continuous improvement. /li /ulpstrongKnowledge: /strong /pulliManufacturing processes and technologies for heavy-duty vehicle components. /liliIntegration of vehicle domains in production systems. /liliDesign for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) principles. /liliSupplier quality management and process audits. /li /ulpstrongTools: /strong /pulliManufacturing process planning: Siemens Tecnomatix, Process Simulate, or similar. /liliRequirements Management: Polarion, DOORS, or similar. /liliProduction line simulation and optimization: AnyLogic, FlexSim, or similar. /liliSupplier collaboration platforms: SAP Ariba, SupplyOn, or similar. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongStudies /strong /pulliMechanical/Automotive/Mechatronic/Electrical engineer or similar /liliMaster's degree in automotive/vehicle or similar /li /ulpstrongExperience /strong /ppMin. 3 years /p
