A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add anIndustrial Hygiene Program Manager to their Toledo team! Responsibilities: Responsible for ongoing operations and financial success of the program including setting/achieving annual program revenue and gross-margin objectives Manage all aspects of projects including staff, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and customer expectations Ensure that services meet/exceed client requirements Build/maintain client relationships Manage proposal process including seeking opportunities (monitor designated sites, canvasing clients, and collaborating with peers) Serve as both Contract Manager and Senior Client Manager Promote efficiencies within the organization Lead, support, and develop the team Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: BS in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety or a related field 8+ years of Industrial Hygiene consulting (including asbestos, lead-based paint, and hazardous materials surveys and air monitoring services) 5+ years of project/program management experience Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) designation Experience with the preparation/completion of technical reports with minimal oversight Experience using Microsoft Office suite and MS Project Ability to work outdoors year round Travel up to 25% of the time (including overnights) 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hr refresher preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
