MetricsResponsible for creating and managing the strategy for IberiaEstablishes yearly territory sales plans in close cooperation with direct reports and enterprise solution managerMonitors and evaluates key financial metrics and takes corrective action as necessaryEnsures timely and high quality responses to tenders and management of current contractsEnsures completion of territory businessConducts monthly 1:1 business reviewsEnsure completion of strategic account reviewsEnsure direct reports submit monthly business updates and provide appropriate feedback and guidanceEnsures appropriate budgetary controls and stewardships of company funds.Manage and develop Ambassadors/Molecular Account Executives/sales executives especially sales developmentResponsible for achieving sales goals as well as driving customer loyalty through Ambassadors amp; Molecular Account Specialist performing level 1 technical service / solving addressing customer issues quicklyPrimary responsibility and primary performance standard is meeting sales goalsMust know all decision makers within the laboratory; be involved in all top opportunitiesEntity responsibilitySupports marketing strategies by applying appropriate guidance and emphasisRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business,5+ years sales management experience or equivalentMinimum 2 years sales experience or other relevant commercial experienceFluent English is requiredPreferred QualificationsTeaches in a Structured SettingMakes Joint Sales CallsDirects and Controls Others in a Business UnitProfit Conscious in a Management RoleTakes initiative in a Business UnitMakes Formal PresentationsFocused on Quantitative ResultsFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
