Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain?
AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description :

In-service Occurrences Investigations :
-Contribute to end-to-end in-service Aircraft occurrences investigation and resolution
-Supporting the management of safety data and identification of issues via safety trends analysis
-Supporting the establishment of Safety Requirements aimed to increase the Safety level during the products operation. Such requirements may result from the investigation of an accident, incident or occurrence, or from the analysis of a safety related item
-Supporting proper dissemination of lessons learnt.

SMS & Processes :
-Collaborate in the Airbus DS Air Power Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, ensuring the consistency across the different approved organizations
-Support updating and improving current Safety Processes, in line with SMS requirements
-Collaborate in the deployment of the Airbus safety promotion campaigns to further reinforce the safety culture of Airbus DS AirPower.

Digital :
-Support the improvement of the Aviation Safety Tool, and any other software tools related to events registration and monitoring, Safety Requirements and any other Aviation Safety related issue.
-Contribute to enhance aviation safety digital experience that will allow all employees across Airbus sites to connect and interact with key Aviation Safety elements.
-Keep up-to-date the Aviation Safety repository.

Required skills
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Recently graduates/Master students. Studies in engineering (aerospace).
  
• Level B1 Spanish.
  
• Level B2 English.
  
• Advanced skills with MS Office are presumed.
  
• Team working skills and problem-solving mind.
