AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
The trainee will become part of the Robotics & Automation team in Airbus Cádiz plant. As part of the team, he/she will start its development by participating/leading technical tasks linked to industrial ongoing projects, from different technologies ranging from composite manufacturing to assembly (fiber placement, automatic tape laying, curing processes, trimming, drilling/riveting, inspection ).
Depending on its skills and willingness to grow, he/she will be able to even lead a complete project from the beginning to the end, which implies gathering information to create a business case, prepare a specification, coordinate a call for tender beside procurement, monitor supplier development of the project, commision and validate the project and its outputs.
All these steps will provide the trainee with a wide understanding on how to manage an industrial project in a complex environment while he/she will be able to work deeply on its technical aspects at the same time.
These experience will foster its ability to work in a team, interact with multiple stakeholders, understading of manuracturing process for composite part and assembly, management of industrial projects and its methodology, and gain an interesting view on the state of the art industrial technology.
Required skills
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Robotics, Automation degrees, but others can be considered).
- English and Spanish: negotiation level.
- General knowledge in CATIA.
- Knowledge of some programming language (Python, C, C++ ) is a plus
