Key Responsibilities: a. Sources, screens and onboards applicants to project-based positions; b. Performs timekeeping, monitors leave utilization, processes payroll and benefits, including remittances; c. Manages project-based employees’ database and monitors contracts; d. Facilitates training and engagement activities; e. Processes clearance and separation; and f. Performs other HR administrative tasks for NGCP projects. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job. At least 2 years relevant experience. Successful track record in recruiting (with experience in the full cycle in recruitment or end-to-end recruiting process) is an advantage. Good oral and written communications knowledgeable in MS offices. Willing to be assigned in San Manuel, Pangasinan Job Type: Project-based Benefits: Health Insurance/HMO Life Insurance Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
