Recommends to Plant Manager the HR Strategy to lead the employee development and employee engagement and thus increase Plant efficiency (the Plant will be capable to be successful through its employees) Manage the HR Department Supports HR Dept employees towards the application of the HR policy Leads Comp & Ben policies in the Plant Leads the Labor Relations Strategy Leads and manages the organizational change process Coordinates the Organizational development strategy (training & development plan) Contributes to the implementation of AMS (Adient Manufacturing System) Represents the company in relation to state authorities referring HR maters Supports and implements the talent management strategy Monitors and implements the legislation changes for full compliance in HR administration Manages the HR budget and contributes to defining the Labor budget (by providing input in economics, market trends, etc.) Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees? Proven experience in managing HR activities in a complex organization Knowledge of Spanish labor law Proven understanding and application of HR concepts Proven ability to develop, implement and adapt an HR Strategy Proven ability to work with Unions Fluent in business English (written and spoken) Self-motivated person, stress resistent Ability to coach employees, to build strong relations and networks Very good interpersonal skills, strong personality being able to influence and motivate the team to respect the deadlines and achieve the targets Adient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
