Key Responsibilities:

• Admin Expertise: Handle payroll, ensure legal compliance, maintain records, and manage employee absences.
• Data Management: Keep our HR ERP system accurate and up to date.
• Compliance & Benefits: Ensure Health & Safety compliance and manage benefits like pensions, meal vouchers, and company cars.
• Initiative Support: Assist in global HR programs, leveraging Excel for performance and bonus reviews.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Project Improvement: Identify and lead enhancements to HR processes regionally and globally.
• Event Coordination: Organize HR events like round tables and town halls.
• Culture Ambassador: Promote our company values by being Dedicated, Respectful, Innovative, Versatile, and Engaged (D.R.I.V.E.)

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in international HR with a solid grasp of global processes.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel and HRIS, with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Language: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
