Their manufacturing is proudly rooted in Ubrique, a region in southern Spain renowned for its leatherwork excellence.As part of their ongoing development, we are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to help them elevate and professionalize their industrial operations.The Role:We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Methods Industrial Excellence to join the Industrial, Innovation Savoir-Faire Division. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping, implementing, and improving the production methods, flow, and performance of various leather goods workshops (800 collaborators).You will play a central role in bringing structure, organization, and continuous improvement to the production processes.This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build, lead, and shape the future of industrialization in a fast-growing luxury house — from process optimization to investment planning and team development.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and optimization of workshops and production lines’ organization to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and product quality.Define and implement performance measurement systems (KPIs, visual management, lean routines) across production and material flows.Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.Manage the industrialisation of new products, working closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth ramp-ups and cost-effective processes.Identify, evaluate, and implement investments in equipment and industrial capabilities, including people development.Recruit, lead, and develop a team focused on methods, performance, and improvement.Be a key partner in opening new production units, defining layouts and flow strategies.Promote best practices and ensure compliance with product quality standards.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialisation, or production management — within leather goods.Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production performance systems.Strong leadership and change management skills — able to rally teams and drive transformation.Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented, with the vision and initiative to build systems from the ground up.Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.A genuine interest in craftsmanship, product excellence, and industrial innovation.Are you ready to shape the future of refined craftsmanship?
