Job DescriptionLead and manage the company's energy storage strategy across operational countries.Provide support to the Development Team for project origination and Operations Department for utility-scale storage project analysis.Configure storage systems, conceptualize design specifications, and assess technological options for optimization.Coordinate with various teams on interconnection matters, market evaluation, and project execution.Manage budgets, goals, schedules, and project deliverables for assigned development projects.Engage with ICP/DNO on strategic network routes and complex connections.Develop tender packages, craft technical specifications, and oversee procurement processes.Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.Issue, manage, and track the Storage Procurement Process for projects and lead interactions with internal departments. The Successful ApplicantPossess a robust background (+8 years of experience) in energy storage strategy and project management.Demonstrated leadership in multinational environments.Proficiency in navigating regulatory frameworks and forging strategic partnerships.Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.Proactive approach and passion for sustainability.
