We're leading the search for an experienced corporate/MA Senior Attorney with a background in advising on private equity backed or private MA deals interested in moving into WI ("warranty and indemnity") insurance broking market. The business is investing in developing the European presence and is interested in developing an Iberian proposition. The business advises buyers and sellers on the procurement of WI policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
