OneChain Immunotherapeutics S.L (OCI) is a new and dynamic spin-off company from Fundación Josep Carreras invested also by Invivo Ventures and CDTI-Innvierte (Ministerio de Industria). OCI is in continued expansion and growing to a new laboratory located at the Barcelona Scientific Park (PCB). Our mission is to improve people health by advancing in the pre-clinical and clinical development of adoptive cellular immunotherapies such as the use of chimeric antigen receptor T-cells (CAR T-cells) for refractory/relapse cancer. More information Role and functionsWe are looking for an experienced professional to join OCI. The responsibilities of this position are:Budget management and billing control.Generation of purchase orders. Control and monitoring of orders.Requests of budget providers and monitoring of any purchase of the company.Grants preparation and justification.Communication and media management.Clerical workHandle the company administrative files and databases.Assistant in organizing travels.General administrative work, couriers, agenda/meetings of the company and formalities with Administrations and providersQualificationA bachelor's degree of Economics or equivalent.Experience requiredBudget management and billing controlGeneration of purchase orders. Control and monitoring of ordersRequests of budget to providers and monitoring purchasesExperience in biopharmaceutical companies or life research institutionsPrevious experience in Quality AssuranceGood management and relationship skills and the ability to work as part of a team.High level of motivation, ability and willingness to learn in new areas of scientific knowledge and management.Creative problem solving and high degree of autonomyMinimum Level: B2 or C1.
