Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.We are currently looking for an experienced Growth Digital Advertising Manager to drive Hightekers' online growth through innovative and cohesive digital marketing strategies. This role bridges the gap between SEO and SEA, ensuring a seamless approach to online advertising efforts. You will oversee campaign execution, manage internal and external teams, and report directly to the Marketing Director.Your Responsibilities in this role:SEM SEO:Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis.Collaborate with the in-house content manager to optimize website content, structure, and metadata.Coordinate with external agencies to implement technical SEO strategies.Monitor and report on website traffic and search engine rankings.SEA:Plan and oversee the execution of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads by internal staff and agencies.Ensure the creation of compelling ad copy and effective landing pages.Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.Display Advertising:Manage the execution of display ad campaigns.Oversee the creation of visually appealing ads targeting the right audience.Monitor and optimize ad performance for better engagement and conversion rates.Social Media Advertising:Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads execution by internal staff and/or agencies.Oversee the creation of ad copy and visuals for campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.Other Paid Channels:Manage campaigns on platforms such as YouTube Ads by internal staff and agencies.Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all advertising channels.General Digital Advertising Duties:Define the keyword strategy for organic and paid efforts across Hightekers' three product lines.Report on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.Effectively manage the overall advertising budget and paid strategies.Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform developments.What you bring to the role and the team:Required:+4 years of experience with Digital Marketing Strategies and Paid Media.Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.International vision, capable of conducting keyword research in multiple languages.Proficiency in tools such as SemRush, Ahref, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strong project management skills with exceptional organizational abilities.Valued:Other European language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch…)Previous experience managing a small team"We invite all applicants to apply, regardless of whether they meet every requirement, as we cherish diverse experiences and perspectives that can enhance our team's success."What we offer: Our benefits and perks vary according to the job location, local regulations and market standards.
