As a Global Lead Buyer, you will have a direct impact on how the organization manages external talent and consulting services globally. You will be responsible for: /pullistrongCategory Strategy Governance: /strong Developing and implementing the global strategy for the External Workforce category, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. /lilistrongEnd-to-End Sourcing Excellence: /strong Executing complex sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for new services, from market screening to final negotiation. /lilistrongMarket Intelligence Benchmarking: /strong Conducting deep-dive market analysis and benchmarking (rates, supplier capabilities, and service models) to ensure competitive advantage. /lilistrongRate Card Management: /strong Defining and managing global rate cards to standardize costs and optimize spend across different geographies. /lilistrongInternal Process Support ("Control Tower"): /strong Acting as a key backup in the implementation and improvement of the "Control Tower" process, challenging internal requests for external consulting services. /lilistrongData-Driven Decision Making: /strong Preparing decision matrices and advanced Excel models to determine the best delivery model (Internal vs. External). /lilistrongStakeholder Management: /strong Engaging with high-level stakeholders (Global Category Leads, HR, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation of procurement initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we value? /strong /ppbr/pullistrongExperience: /strong 5–8 years of proven experience in strongProcurement /strong, specifically as a Lead Buyer or Category Buyer. /lilistrongSpecialization: /strong Deep expertise in strongExternal Workforce /strong, Indirect Procurement, or Consulting Services is highly preferred. /lilistrongLanguages: /strong Full professional proficiency in strongEnglish and French /strong is mandatory (daily interaction in both languages). /lilistrongTechnical Skills: /strong Advanced command of Excel for data analysis and experience managing complex RFP processes in multinational environments. /lilistrongSoft Skills: /strong We seek a stronghumble /strong, empathetic, and highly diplomatic professional.
