Reporting to the Global Head of Business Operations and based in Madrid, the role ensures that new frameworks, capabilities, tools, and processes are implemented efficiently, consistently, and on time, while fostering strong alignment and collaboration across stakeholders. /p pbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p ul liSupports the development of strategic projects across Advertising, including their go-to-market planning and coordination to guarantee timely delivery of business initiatives and new capabilities rollout /li liEnsure rigorous follow-up on key actions, tracking progress and driving accountability across teams /li liFoster alignment and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, acting as a connector between functions /li liIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness /li liPrepare and deliver clear project documentation, status updates, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders /li liUses travel retail and FB industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive transformation and efficiency /li /ul pbWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /b /p ul liProven experience in PMO, project management, or business operations roles, ideally within complex or matrixed organizations /li liStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal authority /li liDemonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, manage multiple priorities, and navigate competing deadlines /li liA structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach to problem‑solving, with a continuous improvement mindset /li liExperience using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure delivery /li liExposure to consulting environments, large organizations, or fast‑paced settings is considered a strong advantage. /li liProficiency in English /li /ul pDue to certain email system settings, some of our messages may occasionally land in your junk or spam folder.
