ZTE dedicates 10% of it's annual revenue to R+D, and it's committed with corporate social responsibility, being member of the World Pact of the United Nations.Job summary Key Responsibilities:Develop the annual HR plan and kpis.Compensation and Benefits application including payroll management and cost control.Employee relationship such us collective agreement and labor law application, internal policies, individual agreements, audits, etc.Be in charge of support dispatchment employees from different countries such us China, Latam, etc.Recruitment and leavers management.Service provider management.Soft Skills:Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Highly organized, methodical and responsible person.Resolute person, adaptable to changes, results oriented.Team working skills.Openness to learning and positive attitude.Has experience in leading team.Advance in Hojas de Calculo and editors de texto, etc.Advanced level in English and Spanish languages are a must.Experience and knowledge:At least 5 years experienced in Human Resources dpt.Payroll experience.Labor law and collective agreement experience application.
