BIM Manager | Museum | International Project

We are a Spanish Multinational with a long experience in creating cultural experiences globally. We're looking for a BIM Manager for an international project.

Requirements:

• High level of English
• Experience in fit-out mandatory, managing projects with LOD 400 and 500.
• Willing to be relocated to site in a remote location.
• Client-facing role.
• Experience in BIM 360 and Navisworks; Enscape is a plus.
• Adobe and Microsoft Suite required.

You will:

• Develop and review construction drawings for fit-out.
• Coordinate the shop drawing’s packages including all interface coordination with multiple stakeholders, necessary for the approval prior to fabrication and installation.
• Review all submittals for legibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract documents and Consultant’s & Client’s requirements.
• Submit shop drawings, calculations, and measurements to Project & Design Manager for approval prior to fabrication and installation.
• Submit supporting documents, presentations, sample boards, reference images, and inspiration boards related to the project for client’s review and comment.
• Oversee the as-built preparation and review and coordination with the Technical Office and BIM developers.
