At Flomics, a fast-growing biotech based in Barcelona, we’re developing a groundbreaking liquid biopsy test using cell-free RNA. We're looking for an experienced Genomics Laboratory Technician to play a key role in our R&D and external scientific projects.

• Implementing our proprietary cell-free RNA sequencing workflows.
• Processing clinical samples (nucleic acid extraction, library prep, qPCR).
• Ensuring data quality, traceability, and reproducibility.
• Improving lab processes and contributing to SOP optimization.
• Collaborating on projects with clients and scientific partners.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a molecular biology lab.
• Strong experience working with RNA (especially low-input samples & magnetic bead-based protocols).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Cell-free RNA workflows
• NGS platforms
• Lab automation / liquid handling systems
• GMP or ISO-accredited environments
