AI Transformation (automation) Specialist

They are looking for ambitious builders who want to help drive a bold transformation. In this role, you'll identify opportunities for intelligent automation, develop practical AI-driven solutions, and push the boundaries of what operational excellence looks like in a modern company.

The Role

• Identifying areas across teams where AI and automation can deliver outsized impact
• Building AI agents, tools, or workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Prototyping and testing fast—focusing on real-world impact over perfection
• Collaborating across teams to deeply understand problems and design solutions that scale
• Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation to rollout
• Continuously learning, iterating, and improving based on data, feedback, and results

Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms (like Zapier, Make, or Airtable), or scripting
• A strong grasp of prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.)
• A track record of building and launching automation solutions that solve real business problems
• A self-directed approach—you thrive in environments where you set your own direction and move fast
• A mindset geared toward experimentation, iteration, and learning by doing
