The Front desk Supervisor will provide the best in house guest experience to visitors, employees and brands when in our Management Offices. He / She is part of the hospitality team within the space and closely work with all the teams. He / She is responsible to look after all employees request and the daily duties and running of the Offices. Working to and in support of the Office Manager. KEY RESPOSIBILITIES : Supervision of the Front Desk area : Follow standards and guidelines provided for the etiquette, tone and language to be used when dealing with guests Ensure all internal (staff) & external (brand) enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with a high quality of service Taking responsibility for the Front Desk area as first filter for OM Lead & supervise the Front Desk area to assure fully develops & performs . Delivers consistent service to guests either by telephone or in the offices. Create and maintain excellent business relationships with the guests at all times and go does everything possible to exceed their expectations. Office Coordination, Admin & Support : Conduct & supervise the start of the day set-up and end of the day close down of Reception systems and processes. Gravity point & wellbeing program execution according to main Office strategy, from the weekly BAU to the seasonal treats Reception / Office Petty Cash Reporting Other tasks : Team Meetings among both Office Departments Director’s support, e.g. Director of Hospitality & Guest Experience on an ad-hoc basis Communication channels with mainly HR, Operations, and Hospitality, but all the office members too - daily Requirements : Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (Spanish & English) Strong organisational skills, critical thinking skills and solution orientated. Likes to provide service and gets motivated by providing excellence in service. Demonstrates drive, resilience and flexibility when working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
