In this role, you will provide critical support to Value Chain Senior Management through development of financial analysis and forecasting that ensure the correct understanding of VC business performance end-to-end. As a transversal and cross-regional role, and to effectively enable the holistic view of the VC, it requires a high degree of coordination with teams across the geographies of the VC. “Since 1818, Bunge has been connecting farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world. Main Accountabilities: Understand the business activities in all regions of the Chain. Monthly analysis of results and drivers of the full Value Chain. Understanding PNL impacts arising from structural business and positioning. Validate reasonableness of key management reports. Clarify and summarize deviation in business performance vs. expectations. Operating working capital analysis, as well as other Balance Sheet main accounts. Support projects in automatization, process rebuilding and process/software improvements. Preparation of structured information for the headquarters and Senior Management. Responsible for the GVA forecast submission in OS and volume analysis for the Chain. We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field. +/- 4 years’ experience in related positions in Financial or Accounting / Control reporting background. Fluency in English and other European language. Capacity to influence and build productive informal relationships with peers and key stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills. Results oriented, ready to learn, responsible, team spirit and problem solving. Experience in preparing management reports and support management functions. Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
