This role needs relocation to Grand Cayman.

A prestigious luxury boutique hotel in the Caribbean is looking for a Lead Hostess to curate an elegant and welcoming guest experience at its signature restaurant. This role is ideal for a polished, service-oriented professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and seating guests with poise and warmth.

● Manage reservations and seating assignments, optimizing flow and guest experience.

● Anticipate and accommodate VIP preferences and special requests.

● Work closely with the Maitre D’ and Lead Captain to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

● Maintain the restaurant’s ambiance, ensuring impeccable presentation and service standards.

● Train and guide the host team to deliver seamless luxury service.

Requirements:

● Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.

● Exceptional guest relations and communication skills.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-profile clientele.

● European experience strongly preferred.

● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
