Our people are united by passion for aviation and a desire to ensure efficient training solutions for both pilots and airlines. /strong /ppstrongA comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation. /strong /ppstrongAt the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongOur instructors: /strong /pp• Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills; /pp• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs; /pp• Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on /ppemergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations; /pp• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses; /pp• Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
