Bilingual Finance Administration Analyst based in Malaga to support the accounting and compliance team of a busy service provider to the technology industry. Key elements of the role include contract review to ensure bank payments match the terms of the agreement, bank reconciliations, invoice management both purchase and sales and building key relationships with compliance, treasury and planning. Most clients are UK based, some are Spanish. It is essential that candidates have a strong working knowledge of Excel eg Pivot tables, Lookups, @ifs.The ideal candidate will be excellent at problem solving, be quick to adapt to change with clients demands and be able to work flexibly. A good degree of common sense is required. If you have knowledge of the US or Canada markets it would be ideal but not essential. Candidates who have worked in an Engineering or Marketing company in administration would also be considered. You will ideally hold a relevant Finance Degree or similar or have completed a relevant Masters. Intermediate English level is required both written and oral. All CVs submitted must be in English.What's on offer to you?Genuine career progressionSalary up to 2500 euro per month gross DOELunch Allowance £100 per monthSupport for ongoing studies relevant to the roleFlexible working from home 1 or 2 days per week post probationWhat You Will Be DoingDownload invoices and receipts from the Sage X3 system and reconcile across all bank accounts on the bank statements monthly.Identify discrepancies and report to the corresponding areas, eg Treasury or compliance.Review clients' terms of business in their Contracts to confirm correct payments are administered.Ensure deadlines are met in terms of any relevant document’s delivery to the internal and external accountants. Maintain folders with the records of invoices and receipts of the customers. Daily review of ticketing system to ensure timely response to the internal accountants' queries.Review of tax payment notes sent by accountants using the ERP system reports.Review the Financial Statements of the company's clients in terms of incoming and outgoing transactions and send to the relevant internal coordinator for higher level analysis.What You Will Need to Succeed in This RoleEducated to Degree or mid-level or hold the equivalent in finance or accounting, AAT, ACCA or similar.Previous experience of reviewing key clauses in business Contracts/Agreements.Previous experience analysing financial statements and tax returns is preferable.Knowledge of US/Canada accounting is an ideal but not essential.Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Database Reporting.English speaker – Intermediate level in oral and written English.Spanish speaker to Cambridge B2 level as a minimum.The ability to review confidential documents and digest the contents with a view to flagging any sensitive material.Excellent written and verbal communications and attention to detail.Good analytical skills.Attention to detail and pride in work output.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to handle issues sensitively and confidentially.Team player with the ability to work at all levels in the organisation.Finance Administration Analyst| Malaga |Contract Review| Finance Degree | Financial Statements | Reconciliations| Excel | Bilingual English Spanish
