The Facilities Manager will provide support to the Facilities Team at Plaza Premium Group Spain, contributing to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring prompt maintenance and upkeep of facilities services, anticipating individual needs, and prioritizing guest safety and comfort. Coordinate with Housekeeping for maintenance activities. Prepare budgets (Capital Expenditure and Facilities Management). Coordinate renovation projects. Oversee contractors and subcontractors. Manage department expenses and inventory. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with operations and facility management leadership. Qualities & Requirements ~5+ years of experience in facilities management, process improvement, customer service, or hospitality. ~3+ years of experience in CAPEX budgeting. ~ Strong computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams). ~
