Dorna Sports is an international sports management, marketing, and media company, founded in1988, and has been the exclusive commercial and television rights holder for the FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix (MotoGPTM) since 1991, along with the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, the FIM CEV Repsol, the Red Bull MotoGPTM Rookies Cup, the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup, the British Talent Cup, and the Northern Talent Cup, the latest included within the Road to MotoGPTM program.

About the Role

We are seeking an Events Coordinator and Driving Instructor to join our Events team.

An Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. Their role includes logistics, planning and on-site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate event success through feedback, reports, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth Operations
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, transportation, and entertainment.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Driving instructor, precision driver or former racing driver.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in the organization of events preferably within entertainment or motorsports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• On-site assistance at dorna Barcelona headquarter will be required.
• Full availability to travel.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Driving license B1
