pAt Winning Consulting, we are seeking a strongEnterprise Architect /strong to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid). /ppbr/ppstrongFunctions: /strong /ppbr/pulliEstablish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital). /liliEnsure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards. /liliEvaluate initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and functional coherence with the Client Centricity strategy. /liliLead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy. /liliDrive adoption of shared capabilities (identity, access, API gateway, UX frameworks, client analytics). /liliProvide architectural oversight to regional teams, ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation. /liliPartner with business and technology leaders to define and communicate the Client Experience vision and guide investment priorities. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongExperience Skills: /strong /ppbr/pulliSenior Level: 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within financial services. /liliProven experience defining multi-channel strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks. /liliStrong knowledge of horizontal client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design. /liliUnderstanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration. /liliAbility to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments. /liliExcellent communication, strategic design, and governance leadership skills. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongDo you want to know more about Winning? /strong /ppWe are a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and headhunting.
