ph3Engineering Project Manager /h3 pJoin GBfoods España as an Engineering Project Manager. With a turnover of around €1.4 billion and a team of approximately 3,600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liDefine, manage and execute the budget for technical investments at the Puurs factory and participate in the European Engineering department. /li liManage projects in other European factories as business needs arise (initial focus on the Puurs factory for 2–3 years). /li liDesign and implement industrial structures that respond to business strategy and align with industrial management. /li liAct as a technical guide and support digitalization of production processes, implementing the environmental and energy sustainability strategy defined by the Engineering Sustainability departments. /li liIdentify and implement efficiency projects within a continuous improvement process initiated by Operations. /li /ul h3Key Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage assigned technical projects using specific processes and tools of the project management methodology, achieving quality, budget and timing objectives. /li liDefine technical specifications and requirements for each project, request supplier offers, and analyze them from a technical and economic perspective. /li liConduct commercial negotiations for technical systems, with support from purchasing if needed. /li liHandle administrative tasks such as CAPEX requests, purchase orders and billing verification. /li liPromote continuous improvement by defining and implementing efficiency or waste reduction projects and supporting efficiency projects from other functions. /li liSupport factories in ongoing digitization and manage OT (operational technology) issues. /li liDesign new and modify existing plants for sustainable engineering, reducing environmental impact and energy consumption, supporting the Sustainability department’s CO2 zero emission roadmap. /li liLead or participate in cross‑functional project teams with a project‑oriented structure. /li liContribute to the development of a multi‑year plan to ensure performance of existing industrial assets and the technical development of European factories. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to join a large, multicultural and modern team.
