We are stronglooking for someone /strong who combines email and image design with analytic and strategic vision strongwith an analytic and strategic vision /strong—someone who sees email design not just as a visual medium but as a powerful tool for impact and conversion at Dorna. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr/pullistrongDesign /strong and build responsive commercial and transactional emails aligned with brand identity and conversion goals, applying best email marketing practices. /lilistrongCreate and adapt images /strong using Adobe Photoshop for email use, applying best email marketing practices in every design piece. /lilistrongDevelop templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud /strong: using HTML and CSS /liliCollaborate with product teams to understand campaign objectives and strongadapt designs to meet business needs /strong /lilistrongPropose and implement A/B tests /strong on content, design, or subject lines, and analyse results within a continuous improvement process. /lilistrongAnalyse key performance metrics /strong (OR, CTR, CTOR, conversions, etc.) with the team and propose improvements. /lilistrongConduct visual and functional tests /strong and resolve rendering bugs or inconsistencies /liliEnsure accessibility, readability, and compatibility of emails across different devices and email clients. /liliMaintain and evolve existing emails templates. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr/pulliSkilled in strongAdobe Photoshop and Figma /strong for preparing optimised email images, designs and templates . /liliUnderstanding principles and best practices as applied to email marketing design. /liliMinimum of strong2–3 years of proven experience designing and coding /strong commercial and transactional marketing emails. /liliProficient in strongHTML and CSS for email /strong, including responsive design. /liliUnderstanding of UX/UI principles as applied to email design. /liliA very strongstrict attention to detail /strong /liliKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Email Studio. /liliAbility to work with feedback and tight deadlines. /liliExperience in running and analysing A/B tests. /lilistrongAnalytical skills /strong to interpret data and make informed decisions. /liliOrganised and able to work in multidisciplinary, agile teams. /lilistrongFluent in English (minimum B2) and Spanish /strong (this is an international company).
