About the CEO: Warren is a highly experienced and respected property industry professional who established Sentinel Property Group in 2009. As an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he has driven the rapid growth of Sentinel as it has acquired an impressive portfolio of counter-cyclical commercial property acquisitions and consistently posted industry-leading returns for investors. The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. The Position: The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is responsible for efficiently managing the CEO's calendar and coordinating appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders. The EA handles communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls, while maintaining utmost confidentiality. Additionally, the role involves making travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, providing administrative support during executive-level meetings, and offering ad hoc support to the CEO as needed. The EA acts as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising communications and managing sensitive information with professionalism. With exceptional organisational and time management skills, the EA ensures the smooth functioning of the executive office and contributes to the CEO's productivity and success. About You: Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at our Brisbane CBD office. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and interactions. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and exercise sound judgment. Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
