Liaises with 3rd party agencies / team for influencer, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and other related personnel engagement. Handle webstore, from products uploading / upkeeping information / system backend handling. Responsible to develop and carry out strategic online marketing plans for company web store and all related marketplace. Create content for social media postings (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and others). Manage, update and maintain social media platforms and webstore. Improvise webstore UI / UX when needed. Guide directions for CRM planning, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and others. Handle & analyze data from Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and other related CRM tools. Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform (www.myloveearth.com). Perform research on the latest industry trends and technology in e-commerce to identify new opportunities for the growth of the company’s e-commerce business. Managing and executing promotional campaigns. Generate and analyze reports of campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing events run smooth. Communicate within departments to ensure orders / stocks are well handled. Cooperate and manage the relationship with internal team on order delivery, shipping, marketing and inventory issues. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. Listing the products and optimize the listing always.
