pWe are looking for a hybrid profile: a passionate Instructional Designer who is also an exceptional Communicator. /ppYou will not only design high-impact training using our AI Avatar technology; you will also own the relationship with the client during the implementation phase. You love building the product, but you love presenting the final result to the client even more. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppstrong1. Instructional Design /strong /pullistrongTransform content: /strong Take raw client materials (PDFs, manuals) and turn them into engaging, conversational scripts for AI Avatars. /lilistrongStructure learning: /strong Define the pedagogy, structure, and flow of the courses to ensure knowledge retention. /lilistrongAI Implementation: /strong Use our internal tools to build the courses, configure avatars, and set up interactive scenarios. /li /ulpstrong2. Client Success Presentation /strong /pullistrongThe "Reveal": /strong Present your designs and finished projects to stakeholders. You must be able to defend your pedagogical decisions and sell the vision. /lilistrongOnboarding: /strong Lead the training sessions for new clients. Teach them how to use the Tauniqo platform effectively. /lilistrongFeedback Loop: /strong Gather client feedback during the pilot phase and iterate on the content rapidly. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pullistrong3+ years in Instructional Design: /strong You are genuinely passionate about how people learn. You hate boring training and know how to fix it. /lilistrongClient-Facing Experience: /strong You have worked in an agency or consultancy role where presenting to clients was part of your daily job.
