Within the global Digital Marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help the organization design and execute customer acquisition strategies, provide valuable insights to the different business units of the group and drive projects oriented to first party data activation to improve the customer acquisition process. We need someone like you to help us on different fronts : • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. • Measure and analyze performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals • Manage complex projects across multiple geographies in close coordination with the local teams to help achieve their goals. • Research and identify new opportunities in the digital landscape and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. • Collaborate with diverse internal teams such as Data, Technology, CX, UX etc to ensure alignment at a corporate level • Collaborate with team members and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects REQUIRED - 5 or more years of experience in marketing, sales, or digital advertising - Minimum English level C1 - Hands-on experience in principal marketing and analytical tools - Experience with relevant markets and trends - Broad knowledge of the different strategies in the digital acquisition ecosystem (Martech/Adtech). Comfortable working with Marketing, Data and IT stakeholders. Google Marketing Platform expert with proven knowledge of Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics, Google Search 360, Looker Studio. - Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines - Proven Project management and interpersonal skills 0:00 / 1:01 The Santander Effect Our work touches 140 million lives every day.
