Position summary:

Analyse and optimise digital business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

- Forecasting: Plan and ensure yearly and monthly forecast accuracy, with a focus on daily demand. Including channel-level and regional-level forecasts.

- Sales Monitoring: Monitor daily performance to ensure targets are met. Identify deviations, collaborate to determine potential root causes from a channel or regional perspective, and support the implementation of fast contingency plans to minimize losses.

- Data Reporting: Maintain and update official business reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reliable. Develop new reports based on departmental needs.

- GA4 Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency in GA4 through regular channel-level comparisons. Minimize the risk of untracked or misattributed data.

- OPEX: Track all departmental invoices, ensuring accuracy in actual spend vs. monthly targets.

- Key Commercial Campaigns Planning: Support the quantification of expected demand by region for key online activations.

- Business Updates: Support the Camper.com manager with official business updates, including weekly team meetings, monthly department Committees, and key stakeholder preparations.

- Identify areas for improvement in digital processes and propose effective solutions.

- Work Ethic and Commitment to the Company: Ability to maintain the necessary willingness and responsibility to fulfill assigned tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to the values and objectives of the company.

Requirements for the Position:

- Analytical attitude and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio, as well as basic knowledge of SQL.

- Proactivity and continuous improvement orientation.

- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering or related areas.

- Previous experience in digital business analysis.

- Advanced knowledge in digital project analysis and management tools.

- Data management and reporting skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Fluency in English.
