pSunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more. /ppSHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. /ppWe are looking for a Design Manager to be based in our Barcelona Head Office who will be responsible for overseeing the successful design and execution of various hospitality and FB projects across Europe, North Africa and Turkey in specific timelines, adhering to approved design standards and delivering exceptional quality. This role will be responsible for leading design initiatives that enhance the guest experience and align with our brand’s vision across various FB and hospitality venues. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliOversee the design and development of FB and hospitality spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create integrated design solutions. /liliManage design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance. /liliConduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies. /liliPresent design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process. /liliEnsure that all designs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to FB and hospitality environments. /liliCoordinate between different disciplines including Interior design consultant, MEP consultant, Structural Consultant, etc. /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliMaster’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in design management, specifically within the FB and hospitality sectors, preferably on the client side. /liliStrong portfolio showcasing successful FB and hospitality design projects, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking. /liliProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to diverse audiences. /liliDeep understanding of current trends in FB and hospitality, including customer preferences and operational considerations. /liliStrong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively. /liliExperience with sustainable design practices in the FB and hospitality sectors. /liliKnowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality. /liliFamiliarity with construction processes, vendor management, and working with contractors. /liliAvailability to travel frequently /li /ulpBenefits /pulliCompetitive Salary /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
