The DB AND SYS ADMIN profile primary objective is to control, maintain and support all the processes and IT infrastructure of the MTS Business Intelligence department. We are looking for a professional that can reach a deep technical knowledge, apply the best practices to every BI process, be proactive, take fast/accurate actions based on analytical data and improve processes performance.Specifically, you will be responsible for: Develop and maintain automation tools. Health control and troubleshooting of the full BI Platform. Database management, maintenance and performance tuning. Manage User's security configurationRequirements:Technical Skills: Strong programming skills and knowledge at any of the most common languages on the industry. Database administration knowledge/experience (SQL Server primarily). Windows Server OS Administration fundamentals. Experience in a similar profile of at least 1 year or more.General Personal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT degree (or similar) with specialization in Programming or Databases administration. Intermediate level of English. Action driven and proactivity, with a professional “hands-on” attitude.
