Key Characteristics of the Role:
Must be an active, proactive, guest service and sales orientated person with strong communication & organisational skills. Must have hospitality and service spirit and love the operational part of it.
Must be Attentive, accountable, detail orientated, highly organised and has the ability to plan multiple activities, achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
· A minimum of 3 year experience in Front office, guest experience, concierge, F&B, preferably in Luxury International Hotel Chain, airline, cruises or luxury retail company.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
