Read on. /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will be responsible for B2B customers operations and reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliResponsible for manage accounts operations, route orders according to customer requirements, meet delivery deadlines, handle delays, process returns, etc.. /liliResponsible for EDI process with the customer, communications follow up, transmissions between EDI and SAP, EDI operations monitoring and process improvements. /liliResponsible for customer conditions monitoring, prices, agreements, special discounts, claims and differences. /liliCredit Management, payments, bank reconciliation. /liliKey contact for accounts managment and internal departments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired /strong /pulliDegree in business administration or economics /liliFluent in Spanish and English. /liliExperience: Desirable to have 1-2 years of working experience for a multinational or international brand in a similar position. /liliExcellent analytical skills, Service orientated and must work well in a team environment.
