You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management. /ppbr/ppThis is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll collaborate closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience across Southern European markets. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProvide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners /liliTroubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when required /liliGuide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performance /liliManage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacity /liliSupport the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systems /liliCreate and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queries /li /ulpbr/ppWhat We’re Looking For /pulliFluency in strongSpanish and/or Portuguese and Italian /strong, with professional proficiency in strongEnglish /strong /lili2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support role /liliExperience working with CRM and support tools such as strongZendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom /strong /liliStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindset /liliHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problems /liliExperience or strong interest in the strongEV charging, energy, or cleantech sector /strong is a strong advantage /li /ulpbr/ppWork Environment /ppYou’ll be based in strongBarcelona /strong, working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
