We are currently seeking a motivated and Customer-oriented Account Relationship to join our team in Mijas (Málaga) and begin an exciting career within a newly established contact center. In this role, you will be the point of contact for the customer, resolving any invoicing and payment queries and ensuring the customer has an effortless customer experience. As a Customer Account Relationship you will be responsible for: Delivering high level of customer experience within the lifecycle processes • Service requests of customers through different access channels (email, phone, customer portal, D365 platform) • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Demonstrate understanding of customer infrastructure, processes, and key customer contacts • Support Total Customer Experience We are looking for candidates that demonstrate: • Previous experience working in an customer care environment. • Previous experience in a credit control role. • Good understanding of the laws and regulations relating to Debt Collection activities. • Fluent in both written and spoken English. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to liaise and influence all levels of personnel appropriately and professionally. • Ability to adapt to new procedures and systems quickly. • Ability to multi-task and understand the importance of prioritization. • Possess a keen eye for detail and be able to spot and correct mistakes. • Polite, efficient communication manner. • The ability to influence and co-operate with all levels in the company, showing a desire to deliver and work towards company initiatives. • Strong Team Player and willing to collaborate with others. • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
