pstrongLocation: /strong Madrid, Spain /ppstrongOn site, full time /strong /ppbr/ppPink’s!! is growing fast, new stores, new brands, new projects taking shape across the group. With that growth comes a deeper responsibility: strongeverything we create must protect, express, and elevate the soul of the brand. /strong /ppbr/ppWe’re looking for a strongCreative Producer Brand Designer /strong who understands that. Someone who can translate identity into a visual language: clear, intentional, and unmistakably us. Someone who knows that design is not decoration. Design is how a brand speaks without opening its mouth. /ppbr/ppWe need a person who can think, design, and execute with purpose. Someone who understands the essence of Pink’s!! and of the brands we’re building, and can turn that essence into real, tangible assets across print, digital, and physical spaces, from stores to screens. /ppbr/ppYou will work closely with the brand and the founders, and your work will be judged on output, quality, and reliability, but also on your ability to bring ideas to life with depth, taste, and purpose. /ppbr/ppNow, something important about who thrives here: At Pink’s!!, every person on the team is strongdeeply passionate, borderline obsessed, with doing their work exceptionally well /strong. We care deeply about what we do. We’re intentional. We’re curious. We’re the type of people who enjoy going one layer deeper, not because someone asks us to, but because the work deserves it.  /ppbr/ppWe don’t thrive with people who are disengaged or indifferent. But we emdo /em thrive with people who love their craft, who find joy in solving problems creatively, and who genuinely want to build something meaningful.  /ppbr/ppIf that describes you, you’ll feel at home. If it doesn’t, that’s perfectly fine, but this won’t be the right environment. If it does resonate, you’ll fit right in, and you’ll have the opportunity to create work that becomes part of the physical world, our stores, our products, and the culture we’re building every day. /ppbr/ppstrongROLE OVERVIEW /strong /ppYou will be responsible for a large part of Pink’s!! visual work and for other brands in the group. Your job is to take direction, ask the right questions, and produce clear, consistent work across print, digital, and physical spaces. /ppbr/ppstrongYou will: /strong /pullistrongDesign and produce for print: /strong menus, posters, signage, T-shirts, packaging, labels, in-store graphics. /lilistrongDesign and adapt brand assets for digital: /strong Instagram posts/stories, paid assets, email visuals, landing pages, and basic web UI assets, always consistent with the brand system. /liliWork on editorial and layout pieces like Pink’s House Library, internal documents, manuals, and presentations. /liliPrepare final artwork: dielines, print-ready files, color specs, and production assets that can go directly to suppliers. /liliBuild mockups and visualizations to help the team make decisions before spending money on production. /liliWork with printers and suppliers, follow files from design to delivery, and catch issues early. /liliKeep files, versions, and brand assets organized and easy to use. /liliWork across several projects and brands at the same time without losing order or quality. /liliUse tools, including AI, to explore and speed up parts of the work, not to replace your own criteria or taste. /liliSee gaps, propose solutions, and own full cycles from idea to execution without waiting for hyper-detailed briefs. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE /strong /ppWe are looking for someone strongsolid in production work /strong, not a designer who stays inside the screen: /pulliProfessional-level Adobe InDesign. /liliAdvanced Illustrator: dielines, flawless vector work, and final artwork a printer can trust. /liliIntermediate to advanced Photoshop and other tools to produce outstanding work. /liliReal experience with print production: offset, digital, screen printing, DTF. /liliStrong ability to design for digital formats and constraints (social, web, email) while keeping consistency across the whole system. /liliComfortable building clean layouts in Figma (or equivalent) for web and digital assets. /liliExperience with packaging, materials, and physical constraints. /liliStrong sense of layout and typography. /liliAbility to build clear print and digital mockups. /li /ulpstrongPlus: /strong /pulliFluent English and Spanish, spoken and written. /liliExtreme attention to detail: mistakes bother you and you fix them before someone else notices. /liliCuriosity: you ask why things are done a certain way, explore materials, compare methods, and keep learning tools and processes. /liliAgency, studio, or in-house brand experience are all valid, what matters is what you have actually shipped. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongHOW YOU WORK /strong /ppThis role fits someone who: /pulliIs a strongself-starter /strong: you look at the pipeline, see what’s missing, and move. /liliTakes ownership from brief to final delivery. /liliAccepts direct feedback, adjusts quickly, and improves without drama. /liliIs used to working with limited time and resources and still delivering clean work. /liliKeeps their own projects and files organized without constant follow-up. /liliCares about consistency and understands that brand is built through strongrepetition and discipline /strong, not random ideas. /liliGoes deep: materials, printing methods, references, other industries. /liliHas high personal standards and wants to be in an environment that expects the same. /li /ulpIf you need a slow pace, many approval layers, and a narrow task list, strongthis will not fit /strong. /ppbr/ppstrongGROWTH CULTURE /strong /ppPink’s!! operates with a simple principle: stronggrowth is not based on time, it is based on impact. /strong People here grow when they strongraise the standard /strong, when their work expands the creative and operational capacity of the brand, when they solve problems before they appear. /ppAnd that shows up quickly: in responsibility, in scope, and in compensation. /ppNot symbolic raises, strongreal jumps /strong for people who consistently deliver quality, clarity, and ownership. /ppWe are a culture of: /pulliMeritocracy /liliSpeed with intention /liliHigh performance /liliZero bureaucracy and zero bullshit /liliPersonal responsibility /liliClarity and discipline /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWHAT WE OFFER /strong /pulliA central design role in a company that is expanding fast. /liliDirect work with the brand lead and founders on projects that go live in stores, print, and products. /liliReal responsibility from day one and room to grow if you prove it through your work. /liliPermanent, full-time contract, on site in Madrid (no remote work). /liliCompensation aligned with the level you bring and how fast you grow. /liliPrivate health insurance. /liliFree lunch at Pink’s Monday to Friday. /liliA culture that values autonomy, speed, craftsmanship, and personal ownership, with low tolerance for bureaucracy and excuses. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCHALLENGE TO APPLY /strong /ppIf you want to apply, start here: /ppstrongIn one page, show how you would turn Real is Rare into a physical object. /strong It can be anything: packaging, an in-store piece, an internal object, or a product. We are not looking for perfection, we care about stronghow you think, how you decide, and how you execute /strong. /ppbr/ppSend it as a PDF to: /ppstrongSubject: /strong Creative Producer Brand Designer - (Your Name) /ppstrongDeadline: /strongDecember 31, 2025. /ppstrongInclude your portfolio or a link to recent work. /strong /ppbr/p
