As the Country Manager for France, you’ll be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals with the backing of some amazing beauty brands. You will be at the forefront of our ambitious growth plans to drive opportunities with key retailers like Monoprix, Carrefour, Auchan, Nocibé, amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals with a hunger to win
  2. Expanding our presence both in-store and online, ensuring winning strategies
  3. Managing budgets to achieve profitable growth targets
  4. Building and maintaining strong client relationships that drive winning results
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to maximize business growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in business development within the health and beauty sector
  2. Strong understanding of key regional retailers
  3. High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
  4. A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products and a hunger to win
  5. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
