Role Overview:

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our external PR & Comms strategy across Europe, and for contributing effectively to enhancing the company's visibility among key corporate audiences. We are looking for a proactive individual, keen to develop professionally within a leading company in the sector and in an international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision and implementation of corporate communication plan actions in accordance with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Management and tracking initiatives to be conducted by the Corporate PR team in Europe.
  • The candidate will serve as the regular point of contact for external communication partners, such as journalists, communication agencies, and must be capable of working efficiently with internal teams.
  • Attendance and monitoring of actions with media: attending events, organisation of interviews, selection and dispatch of materials to media outlets.
  • Content creation for press materials: press releases, factsheets, media briefings and questionnaires.
  • Definition and organisation of specific corporate PR actions such as: press trips, press conferences, meetings with journalists, presentations and interviews.
  • Preparation and updating of activity and coverage reports that enable the measurement of the success of the planned initiatives.
  • Updating newsroom content.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3/4 years of experience in the field of public relations, communication or marketing or a similar field.
  • Writing and communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • Other languages will be valued positively.
  • Experience in a communication agency will be valued.
  • Profiles with attention to detail and willingness to work with tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork, proactivity and willingness to work in a dynamic and international context are valued.
  • Availability to travel.
